What documents do I need to rent a car?
A valid ID and driving licence (front and back): you upload them online during the booking, no waiting at the counter.
How does the security deposit work?
The deposit is charged (card or bank transfer) before handover and fully refunded on return if the vehicle comes back undamaged and in line with the contract.
How does fuel work?
You return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pickup; otherwise the missing fuel is charged.
How many kilometres are included?
Included km depend on the contract and rental duration; at checkout you can prepay extra km at half price.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes: cancellation is free up to 72 hours before pickup. Past that threshold the booking is non-refundable.
