What's included

All our vehicles are covered by third-party liability insurance (RCA) included in the rental price: it covers damage caused to third parties while driving, within the limits of the law and the policy.

How the deductible works

In case of damage to the vehicle, your share is capped at the deductible set by the contract. The amount depends on the vehicle: as a guarantee, the security deposit is charged before handover and fully refunded if the car comes back undamaged.

What is NOT covered

As with any rental, some situations remain the driver's responsibility:

Damage caused in breach of the contract: unauthorised or unqualified drivers, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Improper use of the vehicle: off-road driving, racing, unauthorised towing, gross negligence.
Misfuelling (wrong fuel) and any resulting damage.
Personal belongings left in the car: they are not insured.
