Needed to run the website and the booking: they do not require consent (Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code) and are not used to profile you.
- Site language (Italian/English) and display preferences.
- Temporary storage of the data you enter in the booking form (in your browser, for 48 hours), so you do not lose it if the page closes. Never payment data or documents.
- Storage of your cookie choice (accepted or declined), so the banner is not shown again.
- Parameters of the campaign you came from (e.g. utm), kept for the session to attribute the booking correctly.
- Abuse and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile, when enabled) and security of the customer area sessions.
Analytics and marketing tools (consent only)
They measure visits and the effectiveness of our campaigns. They start only after you click "Accept" in the banner; if you decline or make no choice, they stay off.
No third-party analytics or marketing tool is currently active on this website.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd): aggregated browsing statistics with Consent Mode; cookie lifetime up to 2 years.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd): measurement of advertising campaigns and audience building; cookie lifetime up to 3 months.
On private pages (manage booking, customer area, reviews, quotes) the personal link is stripped from the addresses sent to analytics tools and the Meta Pixel is not loaded.

You can change your mind at any time: reset your choice here to show the banner again, or delete cookies from your browser settings. Declining analytics and marketing cookies does not limit the booking in any way.
